Sandler’s powerful support and training mechanisms have helped Sandler Training enjoy a successful relationship with its franchisees. From the unlimited personal coaching, to site visits, to international conferences, Sandler Training is with you every step of the way. That’s part of the power of reinforcement.

Initial Training

New Sandler franchisees begin with an intensive, eight-day Initial Training programme. They learn about The Sandler Selling System and how to deliver the material to clients. They also receive information on the basics of setting up the business as well as programmes to become successful. Sandler goes the extra step by providing franchisees with a personal coach to kick-start their business.

“Hands-On” Coaching

Whether franchisees call once a week or once a day, their Sandler coach will provide guidance and reinforcement, working “hands-on” in all aspects of the new business, including the best approach to take with a potential client, debriefing and critiquing sales calls and helping identify potential clients in the marketplace.

Site Visits

Periodically, Central Office will visit and observe franchisees’ training sessions. This allows us a first-hand look at how franchisees operate the business, and an opportunity to give focused, relevant feedback.  Central office can also offer advice and information on back up support too.

US Conferences

Sandler Training stresses reinforcement, and that philosophy is the same for our franchisees. Sandler offers conferences three times a year in the US to “train the trainers.” The conferences are packed with sessions to help Franchisees become an effective trainer and business owner. It’s their best opportunity to talk to other franchisees from across the globe.

UK meetings

Sandler Training run regular UK meetings throughout the year.  These are a great chance to gain some reinforcement training for all the trainers.  The cover topics on how to develop your business and become more effective at your training.  Its a great time for the whole UK network to get together and share their experiences to support each other. 

Lead Generation

In the first year of the new business, franchisees focus on building the client base. To assist them in this lead generation phase, Sandler has developed several marketing tools and programmes. These proven systems have been used for more than 25 years to grow leads and turn them into customers.

Kick-Start Email Marketing Campaign

Sandler Training will provide with a carefully structured email campaign for the first stage of your business.  We will target businesses in your area and guide you on the follow- up process.  Once the initial campaign is over, we will help you to take control of your own email marketing.
